Craig called from Barranco Camp with good news from the team. All is well! (and it is a little chilly)
It is a pretty good test for the Kilimanjaro Climbing Team today. They are up early and do a little bit of ascending. They take a gradual climb up to the Lava Tower (14,500’) and then roll back down and into Barranco Camp.
The day started clear and turned cool and breezy for lunchtime. The team is happy and looking forward to a good meal and a “hands on†approach to the Barranco Wall.
