Basilica del Voto Nacional (Kim Sieradzki)
We received word from IMG Guide Kim Sieradzki this morning that all members of the team have arrived with their luggage. That is a great start! After meeting everyone and doing some gear checks, the team headed out for some touring of Old Town Quito. Our tour guide along with long time IMG Guide, Romulo Cardenas, gave everyone a history lesson and visited some important places including Basilica del Voto Nacional. There are many Cathedrals in Old Town Quito on the way up to the lookout where the team can see all of Quito.

The team is now getting ready to head to Otavalo for a visit to the local market, a traditional weaver and more acclimatization. All is well in Ecuador and we are excited to do some climbing!
