Phunuru Sherpa checked in reporting that the team’s gear checks are done and that they’re all packed up and ready to go. The hardest part will be getting some sleep tonight!
Their private transportation to the trailhead is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Once at the Machame Gate, they’ll get checked in and hit the trail, with their goal tomorrow being Machame Camp (10,000ft.). It’s almost go time.
