We started with a decent morning but it started to rain as we were approaching Lava Junction and rained most of the afternoon. Rains have left us now but still a heavy mist.\u00c2\u00a0 Everyone did extremely well pulling into camp.\u00c2\u00a0 Couple of minor headaches but no major issues. \u00c2\u00a0We are headed to Karanga tomorrow.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0 -Ang Jangbu<\/p>\n<p>For Christmas, we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re going to wish for clear skies for the team.\u00c2\u00a0 Nice thing about being on the equator \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 5 minutes of sun and everything is dry!\u00c2\u00a0 They\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re heading for Karanga Camp tomorrow.\u00c2\u00a0 Check out the photo Jangbu sent.\u00c2\u00a0 Who says there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no snow on Kilimanajaro?\u00c2\u00a0 The team wanted to make sure we sent Christmas greetings to friends and family at home.<\/p>\n<p>Phil Ershler<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 24, 2012 &#8220;We are at Barranco camp.
