Ang Jangbu reports that Team 1 had a great acclimatization day in Pheriche. Most of the team members went up Ngartsang Ri for an acclimatization hike while a few took it easy and did shorter walks around town. \u00a0The team also had a chance to visit the HRA clinic, which does a great job educating trekkers about altitude sickness. Everyone is doing well and they are moving to Lobuche Base Camp tomorrow.<\/p>\n

Down in Phortse, Phunuru reports that Team 2 is also doing very well.\u00a0 They had a nice visit to Phunuru\u2019s home and got up early for a sunrise view.\u00a0 Today they are moving up to Pangboche, where they will visit the monastery.\u00a0 All\u2019s well in Nepal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
