Phunuru Sherpa reports that the team had a smooth trip up to the Shira Camp at about 12,500 feet.\u00a0 Their hike today was punctuated by some rain, which required donning their rain gear until the showers passed.\u00a0 Later in the afternoon, it cleared up and the sun came back out.\u00a0 Welcome to Kilimanjaro weather!\u00a0 Phunuru says that the team is enjoying the new more spacious tents that we sent over, with lots of room for everyone!<\/p>\n
Tomorrow the team will climb up to Lava Tower, before descending to Barranco Camp.\u00a0 Everyone is feeling healthy and having fun.\u00a0 All\u2019s well on Kilimanjaro!<\/p>\n
