June 22, 2022 – IMG leader Dustin Balderach reports that the team had a great tour around Cusco yesterday:\u00c2\u00a0 \u00e2\u20ac\u0153we checked out Saqsaywaman – some cool ruins over looking Cusco and the surrounding valley – as well a few other ruins up higher. A nice primer for Machu Picchu with the same amazing stone work. The tour had the added benefit of continued acclimatization as we were up around 12,500\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 before dropping back down to our hotel in Cusco at 11,200\u00e2\u20ac\u2122. After lunch we had the afternoon to relax, explore, and finish packing.”<\/em><\/p>\n
