The team did great on the trek from Phakding, up Namche Hill, into Namche.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re at some real altitude now at 11,300ft. which is why they&#8217;ll be hanging around Namche for an extra day.\u00c2\u00a0 The body needs a little time to adjust.
