IMG guide Phunuru Sherpa called on the sat phone from Machame Camp to report that the team had a very nice hike up through the forest today. \u00c2\u00a0The weather was good and the team are all doing well. \u00c2\u00a0They are now camped right at the treeline (about 9800 feet) with their first closeup views of Kilimanjaro.\u00c2\u00a0 Tomorrow is a shorter day<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0 as they will climb up onto the Shira Plateau.<\/p>\n
