They put in a long first day, but everyone did well and ended the day tired but happy.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, Monday, the group hiked up over the highest point on the trek, Salkantay Pass at 15,180 feet. This is the longest day of the trek, but the whole team made it down safe and sound to camp.
