IMG Sherpas Da Tenzing and Tashi Tshering, along with two Tibetan climbers, and four members of the Bulgarian Cho Oyu expedition supported by IMG on a private basis reached the summit May 4, 2007. One of the four Bulgarians climbed without oxygen. A fifth Bulgarian (climbing without oxygen) turned from the Yellow Band with Kami Pasang Sherpa.

Congrats to the Bulgarian climbers and Sherpas for a safe and successful expedition. After eleven summits of Everest, we are delighted that Tashi Tshering was able to climb with IMG on Cho Oyu this spring and was able to make his fourth Cho Oyu summit in the process.
