The Huayhuash Trek is off to a great start! IMG Guide Betsy Dain-Owens checked in yesterday after her team’s acclimatization hike just outside of Huaraz. She reports that “it was a beautiful day, everyone did really well with the altitude, and folks loved the views of the Cordillera Blanca!”.<\/p>\n
The afternoon was spent organizing gear and doing gear checks. Some folks ventured into town and got some souvenirs.<\/p>\n
