(Photo by Rikki Dunn)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Right on cue the radio cracked at 8:30 this morning with IMG Lead Guide Andy Polloczek&#8217;s voice saying &#8220;100% on top, almost down to the top of the cleaver.
