IMG Guides Eric Simonson and Ang Jangbu Sherpa have arrived in Ulaanbaatar along with the team. Everyone arrived on time with all of their gear. As always, that is the first goal. After getting a good night sleep, the team took a city tour. They visited the monastery, national museum and the main square with Genghis Khan keeping a constant watch over the city.
The team will be up early (4am) and out the door for their flight to Bayan Olgii. The flight is scenic, with the route going over the Gobi Desert and then heading into the Altai mountain region.
All is well in Mongolia and yes, Ang Jangbu and Eric are out guiding this awesome trip!
